How Unique Was Tupac Shakur’s Unique Fashion At That Time

Image
Tupac is a great artist, and that’s obvious. However, the contributions he has made to HipHop are not only in the lyrics and melody but also in the fashion world . With a wide range of clothes from sports jerseys, slacks, and bandanas on top, to expensive and shiny suits, Tupac is always aware of what will look best. This means a gray suit on the outside or a patterned guitar on the inside, or a chic necklace with shiny jewelry when Tupac guested with Snoop Dogg at the 1996 MTV Awards . Some nostalgia for the look of the Italian mafias and Tupac’s personal style. Pac is never limited to a specific fashion but always innovates every time it comes out. In 1996, at the Soul Train Awards , Pac donned a sturdy soldier suit with combat boots, displaying the humble “soldier” look that Pac had always been known for. Before that, Tupac will “make” himself a Carhatt set, adding a beenie Thug Life above, partly to pay tribute to the introduction of workwear into HipHop culture . Then ...

What 2pac Was Really Like In The Studio: A Deep Dive

Image
2Pac’s creativity is examined in the most recent video of “ Deep Dive ” YouTube series. The video, which runs 17 minutes, will shed light on what ‘Pac’ – who is a sought-after and fascinating character over a quarter of a century after his passing – really was as a studio musician as described by some of his most close collaborators like Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre , E-40, DJ Quik and Warren G . One of the main reasons why the late rap icon was a force to reckon with was his frenzied working rate. In a single clip, Snoop Dogg provides insight into the fervor and enthusiasm that ‘Pac had in his lab, showing that he would crank out track after song, without even examining the lyrics. “We’d be in the studio, it be like 30 n-ggas in here,” he states. “He’d create a song … When the song would go off, he’d never take a look! “Put that shit on the floor and make the next beat. He’d go into the next beat, and then compose more hit. Boom. 20 minutes later, he’s is spitting it out in the muthaf...

2pac Would Still Be Alive If He’d Signed With J. Prince Outlawz Rapper Napoleon Suggests

Image
According to former Outlawz rapper Napoleon , 2Pac would most likely be alive today if he had signed with J. Prince and Rap-A-Lot Records instead. Napoleon was questioned about Prince’s desire to sign the late Hip Hop icon to his Houston-based company while he was still in prison and how Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight beat him to it during a recent interview with The Art of Dialogue. After that, he talked about the tragic day in Las Vegas when 2Pac got into a fight with the would-be assassin Orlando Anderson just hours before being shot. Napoleon thinks 2Pac would have responded differently if he had been signed to Rap-A-Lot. He continued, “Imaginarily, let’s pretend the circumstance was different. To be really honest, I believe that wouldn’t have happened if Pac had been signed with J. Prince. Pac would not have escaped. Knowing J. Prince’s mentality and having been around him, I don’t believe he would permit ‘Pac to just go out and take off on someone. “Even though ‘Pac was...

The reason Tupac Shakur allegedly refused to cooperate with Michael Jackson

Image
Tupac Shakur was known for being unafraid to speak his mind, no matter how controversial his statements might be. And it seems that this willingness to speak his truth also extended to his musical collaborators. During his brief but prolific career, Tupac worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. But there was one person Tupac reportedly refused to make music with: The King of Pop, Michael Jackson. According to a close friend of the late rapper, Tupac declined a duet with Jackson. It’s not clear why Tupac turned down the chance to collaborate with one of the most successful musicians of all time. But given Tupac’s independent streak, it’s not surprising that he would have refused to enter into a partnership with someone he didn’t fully respect. Tupac Shakur is said to be unprofessional because he left a studio session with Michael Jackson Tupac Shakur was known for being unafraid to speak his mind, no matter how controversial his state...
