Cardi B has won in her struggle with a man who claims he was humiliated because she made use of a photograph from his tattoo, without his permission. A California man known as Kevin Brophy filed the lawsuit against the “Up” rapper over the cover of her *Gangsta B**ch Vol. 1* album , alleging his signature back tattoo was a photo-shopped image of the model featured on the album cover to make it appear like Brophy was having oral sex with her. The track was released in 2016. album’s cover shows Cardi who is actually Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar drinking beers while she holds the head of a man between her legs. The model who was between his 30 year old legs was in agreement with the shoot. The designer of the project was later reported to have looked up “back tattoos” on Google Images and photo-shopped one on the model.
