Drake & 21 Savage Hit With $4m Lawsuit Over Fake ‘Vogue’ Cover

Drake as well as 21 Savage have been sued by the parent company of Vogue, Conde Nast , for making fake Vogue magazine to promote their distinctive Her Loss album rollout. In the words of TMZ, Conde Nast has filed a lawsuit against OVO producer and Slaughter Group rapper . Alleging that they haven’t “endorsed” the  Her Loss  promotional by any means. The publisher is seeking damages of $4 million and believes that the misleading campaign is in violation of Intellectual property law. Additionally, Vogue claims that it has asked for the distribution and production of its free magazines to cease however, it was not a success. The lawsuit came as a bit of a surprise following Drake acknowledged Vogue’s long-running Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour while unveiling the fake magazine cover on Instagram earlier this month. Drake Confirms $500m Rumored Record Deal

Drake  seems to have confirmed via his new album  The Loss that the rapper has signed a record deal of $500 million. On the track “ Major Distribution ” off his new album featuring  21 Savage, Drizzy says:  “Bad Bunny numbers it’s a robbery/ Five-hundred million just for Aubrey.” The lyric could be in some way a reference to his report of a possible re-signing by Universal earlier in the year and it was believed to have brought the 6 God 400 million cash payout. UMG President Lucian Grainge described the contract to  Variety  as an “expansive, multi-faceted deal,” which would include Drake’s “recordings, publishing, merchandise, and visual media projects.” An insider also informed the publication that the contract is “LeBron-sized.” The contract likely ended when Drake completed the terms of his contract with his fifth album Scorpion. Drake & 21 Savage Unveil Tracklist & Cover Art For ‘Her Loss’

The official tracklisting and cover art for Drake and 21 Savage’s upcoming joint album Her Loss have been made public. The album’s cover image, which features a photo of model Qui Yasuka, popularly known as Suki Baby, with a bandage under her right eye and gold open-face caps on her two front teeth, was shared by the duo on Thursday, November 3. They returned later in the day with the official tracklist, which reveals that Her Loss would contain 16 tracks. Although it is unknown if the album will feature any artists, Drizzy and 21 are the executive producers. Following a comical record promotion in which Drake and 21 Savage participated in phony media appearances, the album’s cover art and tracklist are now out. Drake & 21 Savage Troll Fans With Fake Tiny Desk Concert

Drake  as well as  21 Savage  fans believed they were getting a treat when Drizzy announced that the two will be collaborating on an exclusive performance on NPR’s Tiny Desk performance however it appears like he was merely trolling. Drake and his collaborators’ album Her Loss  is scheduled to release this the 4th of November (November 4.), Drake took to Instagram to share a video of what appeared to be a forthcoming  Tiny Desk  performance. The caption for the 6 God image reads, “Thank you to @nprmusic and Tinydesk for allowing 21savage and the group get crazy.” Drake, who is the leader in the video, introduces the rappers. “What’s happening everyone?
