50 Cent and the NBA’s Houston Rockets  brought Christmas joy to the city’s residents by hosting a Thanksgiving Turkey giveaway earlier this week. The turkey drive was held this Monday (November 22) in front of the Toyota Center, the home of the Rockets . The guests were served a Thanksgiving meal per vehicle and turkeys were distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Thanksgiving dinner included food items provided through the 50 Cent’s G-Unity Foundation, Kroger and the Spec’s store , and the chance to purchase tickets for a scheduled Rockets in a home match. The food items were only available to only the initial 1,000 cars, which meant that only those in need were invited to bring their vehicles for the dinner. “I simply would like them to enjoy their Thanksgiving and have fun and have fun.
