Krisha and Jesse Grullon , according to TMZ, have filed a lawsuit against the Canadian actor, alleging that he side-swiped their car with his green Bentley SUV in January. The Grullons claimed that Tory struck them while they waited at a stop sign just after exiting a freeway.
