Steve Lacy Has Been In The Studio With Kanye West, Speaks On Matching Tattoos

Steve Lacy  has announced his involvement in working along with  Kanye Wes t but fans looking for a Ye or Lacy project will need to wait for a while. TMZ  talked to singer “Bad Habits” singer at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday (August 16) and, when asked if he’d worked working with Ye the singer said: “Always, he never stops.” Then he was asked if the pair had an album planned. “Nah I mean we just got a friendship,” Steve Lacy stated. “But I’m around, he’s making stuff around me constantly.” However, The  Gemini Rights  crooner explained the significance behind the two’s identical “We Here Forever Technically” tattoos they received at the left side of their biceps with Lil Uzi Vert . The new ink’s philosophical meaning is: “We’re artists, we never die, technically.” The ink was drawn by a tattoo artist from Los Angeles Mez Afram who was also featured in the viral image from September 9. Kanye West, Lil Uzi Vert & Steve Lacy Debut Matching Tattoos

What do Lil Uzi Vert, Steve Lacy, and Kanye West all have in common? Aside from the fact that they are all well-known musicians, they now all have identical tattoos. Internet guitarist Lacey posted a picture of the group on Instagram late on Tuesday (August 9) night. Tattoo artist Mez Afram from Los Angeles took the mirror picture, albeit it is unknown if she is the one who applied the ink. Lil Uzi, Steve Lacy, and Kanye West all display their new body art by posing with their arms outstretched. As Lacey notes in the caption, the tattoos all read: “We here forever technically.” All three artists have the ink in the same spot – on the inside of the arm, just above the elbow. Lacy was among the artists who appeared in Ye’s Donda countdown live stream last year. The guitarist has remained tight-lipped about the experience, simply telling GQ, “It was cool, it was cool.” Over the years, Kanye West and Lil Uzi haven’t always seen eye-to-eye.
