Styles P Recalls Shooting Jay-z And Beanie Sigel During Lox/Roca-fell Beef

Styles P has spoken about the time when he wanted to film JAY Z along with Beanie Sigel at the time of the LOX’s dispute in the early 2000s with Roc-A-Fella Records in the early 2000s.
The Ghost has recently appeared on Math Hoffa’s My Expert Opinion where he talked about how his Jadakiss as well Sheek Louch’s dispute against 50 Cent and G-Unit was strictly kept on wax, but the Roc-A-Fella conflict strayed into the personal and turned personal.
“We did not fight 50. I would’ve fired Beans as well as HOV. At the moment, but I would not shoot 50. There weren’t any emotional ties into the shooting,” he explained.
“Beans was just like us, but is from Philly. You know the songs HOV as well as Dame and their crew were up to and that’s why it was more personal to me. Kiss and HOV continued to be in the same remixes until something happened. It was that they were trying to target Kiss in my opinion. Kiss is our Derek Jeter. Where are we from? are a fuck-up with us, but you’re fucking with everyone.”
The feud only intensified when tempers flared at concerts when D-Block along with State Property along with Jay would meet, even though there was no specific incident that triggered the feud’s origins. They eventually traded many ad hominems on wax over a variety of tracks, remixes, and freestyles.
“With Beans and HOV it was more like I got love for them and this is our story when we came up,” SP continued. “At that time, I had two guns on me every day — not because of them but because of life.”
This isn’t the only time that The LOX has recounted the conflict between Roc-A-Fella and the band. Sheek Louch also echoed the same idea in 2017 in the course of an interview with DJ Whoo Kid.
“Beans and them were saying some shit lyrically because they were slick-talking,” said the man stated. “Them Philly n-gas they be talking about some sh*t. That’s why I’d think “Oh shit! Styles grab the guns! What are the records for n-gas What was like that.
“Our fights were good man, you could tell there was going to be “Fuck this, fuck this and this. A vile sh*t. We had whoever we could get to have it with It was like an entertaining entertainer… The beef now is not exactly the same, but it’s not as bad, man. I’m thinking that the media is more than ever turning these into beef. It was a legitimate beef.”
Cool heads ultimately prevailed for everyone and they all went on to make a fortune from their careers. It’s ironic that The LOX ended up signing an agreement with JAY-Z’s Roc Nation in 2016 to make their debut album after 16 years.
