Nicki Minaj’s Husband Ordered To Fix Lawsuit With An Alleged Rape Victim


Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth “Zoo” Petty has been given the order to end the current suit against Jennifer Hough, who accused Zoo of harassment in an effort to stop her rape allegations against him.

Hough initially filed a lawsuit against Nicki Minaj as well, accusing the rapper participated in an attempt to intimidate her however, the charges were eventually dismissed.

Judge James R. Cho referred the case to mediation on Tuesday (December 6) and stated that if the parties were unable to reach an agreement that the case should go to trial.

“The matter is referred to Court-annexed mediation,” the court wrote in the documents obtained through AllHipHop. “Parties must select the mediator by December 20th, 2022, and then complete mediating by 3/6/2023. Participants can take part in the mediation via a remote connection.”

It also stated: “Parties shall file a joint status report for two weeks after the completion of the mediation, however, not more than 3/20/2023, or depending on the date that is later.”

Both parties will participate with each other in “limited written discovery” that will help in the settlement process.”

Kenneth Petty was previously convicted of attempted rape, first-degree, in 1995. He served more than 4 years of prison time for this crime. Petty pleaded guilty to not being able to declare himself a sexual offender in 2021. the judge handed him a one-year sentence of year of confinement in a home and the possibility of three years’ suspension at the end of July.

Nicki Minaj’s hubby is engaged in seeking legal action with his wife’s husband, the State of New York, and the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services in relation to his status as a sexual offender and oral arguments are scheduled to start on January 6, 2023.

Nicki Minaj’s last full-length album came out in the year 2018’s Queen which debuts at the No. 2, on the Billboard 200 after earning 185,000 equivalent units of album sales in the first week.
