Drake Is On Jay-z’s Level Singing Lyrically, Says Djakademik

Drake is just too talented as a lyricist any double meanings in his music to be accidental, as per DJ Akademiks and he adds that he’s nearly to Jay-Z’s level due to this.

Akademiks made the remarks during an interview on Vlad TV, where he was questioned regarding the Drake quote from “Circo Loco,”” which is widely believed to be an ode towards Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting incident in 2020.

“If you believe there’s an accident that involves Drake singing?” he asked, smiling as he shook his head. “I would put Drake at the level of JAY-Z by using bars that are arranged in a certain sequence to indicate something. Do I believe that he’s taking a stand? No. Do I think he might have thought of a way it could be a double entendre? He’s certainly known as a rapper. Whatever the reason I’m glad he didn’t make it clear.”

The release of Her Loss, Drake’s collaborative project with 21 Savage received with the same positive and negative reviews in response to the alleged Megan Thee Stallion diss, and shots directed towards D.R.A.M., Kanye West, and Serena Williams’ husband. DJ Akademiks added that he was of the opinion that certain aspects of criticism were not directed correctly.

“I was somewhat shocked that it all of suddenly became “Oh, he’s against women at all times,'” the media personality revealed. “He had a conversation at a bar where he was indirectly a bit sexist and he’s not making any public statements about the matter. I’m amazed that he didn’t get the blame. Because he’s considered to be a “safe” kind of person.

“But people are calling Drake to be a womanizer,” Akademiks continued. “Drake was a professional for a long time performing raps about girls buying pretties, doing ass, getting off his stripper pole, and getting a smooch on them. That’s what Drake’s entire career has been about.”

In the course of the interview during the interview, DJ Akademiks also used the occasion to clarify his views regarding Megan Thee Stallion, with whom have exchanged online insults about an incident of shooting in the past.

He even got involved in the ongoing case of Tory Lanez, who has been charged with felony assault after being accused of shooting Tory Lanez in the back of Texas Hottie during an argument.

“A majority of people believe Meg is a liar. I’m sympathetic to the things Meg was through,” he explained. “I do not pick sides in the case of Meg and Tory because I’m not sure what transpired. I’m not sure whether Tory committed the crime, but certain things occurred. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone.

“I simply don’t believe that everything has to be a”think piece. It’s almost like I feel guilty when she tweets. It’s like people are hurting her once repeatedly. It’s like, do a back rap to the fuck N-GGA!”
