Drake Honors Legendary Takeoff During Table For One Radio Show

On his recent radio show, Drake paid tribute to Takeoff, a late rapper who was killed in Houston on Nov. 1. Takeoff, born Kirshnik Khari Ball, was 28 when he was shot to death. He and his rapper friend Quavo had just released their debut album under the name Unc & Phew.

Drake has appeared on several radio shows, including What A Time To Be Alive, More Life, and Table for One. The rapper has a unique style and a way of making his music stand out among his peers. His new single “Say It Ain’t So” is the most prominent example of his versatility. Unlike many of his other tracks, it’s not a hip-hop single, but it does sound great.

Regardless of whether the song is in English or Spanish, Drake’s lyrical prowess is a hallmark of his work. The “Scorpion” hitmaker has a long list of alter-egos, but the most popular is Champagne Papi, a collaboration with Aventura alum Romeo Santos. While the two rappers have worked together in the past, this was the first time that they had collaborated on wax.

DRAKE’s ‘Energy’ video

Drake’s ‘Energy’ is a touching tribute to Takeoff, who was gunned down in Houston early Tuesday. The rapper also paid homage to the legendary takeoff during the radio show on SiriusXM on Tuesday, where he was gearing up to drop his new album, 21 Savage.

Drake recently announced that he would be starring on a new radio show on Sirius XM, called Table For One. The first episode of the show will be broadcast tonight, starting at 11pm EST. Drake is following in the footsteps of Lil Wayne and The Weeknd.

The radio show will debut two new songs from Drake’s upcoming album Honestly, Nevermind. The new album was announced on Instagram just hours before its release, and the first taste of its music premiered on the show.

Snoop Dogg, T-Pain, Warren G  and more will be on touring in the month of December to perform a tour on time for the Christmas season . The Doggfather took to his Instagram page to announce the Holidaze of Blaze tour with an Instagram post that showcased the flyer which features Snoop and T-Pain , who is posing with marijuana plants. According to the information on the flyer Warren G will serve as an extra act in the tour alongside  Ying Yang Twins and Justin Champagne .
