Tsu Surf Arrested On Rico Charges Following Raid On New Jersey Home

Tsu Surf was arrested at the border of New Jersey on federal racketeering charges connected to a DEA investigation, after an investigation by the authorities.

In the report by Fox 5, New York, the battle rapper (real name Rahjon Cox) was captured the previous the 13th of October (October 13) by the U.S. Marshals Service NY NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force in the home of Jersey City.

Tsu Surf was in a relationship with an accomplice at the time of his arrest, and surrounded himself inside a house within the 200-block of Wilkinson Avenue, before attempting to escape the building according to RLS Media. But, the police had set boundaries around the building, which allowed the rapper to return.

When crisis negotiators joined law enforcement on the scene to aid in encouraging Tsu Surf to give up in peace He surrendered and was charged with racketeering.

Tsu Surf is detained in Tsu Surf is being held at the Essex County Jail in Newark. He is scheduled to appear before an official in the federal court in Newark around Friday.

His arrest came after the news broke earlier this month that he had been arrested on RICO charges during an operation that saw several people from his Crip gang arrested.

In a different related RICO instance, Young Thug and Gunna might possibly be locked up for a while should Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis gets her way.

Both rappers are in prison with 26 other YSL associates as part of the ongoing RICO investigation. Prosecutors claim that Thugga (real name Jeffery Lamar William) was the chief of an organized street gang that committed crimes ranging between murder and drug trafficking.

On Thursday (October 6), Willis filed a 10-page motion requesting two months of delay on the case. In the report by Fox 5, Atlanta the DA filed the motion because of the fact that more than one-quarter of being indicted, not having legal representation.

The trial is scheduled to start on the 9th of January 2023. However, Willis would prefer to delay the trial until March 27, so that all defendants to obtain counsel.
