Yankees Sign Chasen Shreve To Minors Contract

After Aroldis Chapman was decided to be placed on the IL due to a leg infection brought on by a tattoo, the Additional York Yankees roster now includes a few new players. Prior to Sunday’s matchup with the Oakland Athletics, the Yankees made substantial roster changes involving a pair of seasoned relievers because Chapman won’t be available until mid-September. According to Chris Kirschner of The Athletic, left-handed reliever, Anthony Banda was spotted in the Additional York Yankees clubhouse on Sunday, signaling that he had been elevated to the major-league roster.

Banda has spent time with both the Pittsburgh Pirates and Toronto Blue Jays in 2022 but was waived by both teams before getting scooped up by the Yankees. On the year, Banda owns a 5.88 ERA with 29 strikeouts in 26.1 innings, making 30 appearances for the Pirates and Jays. His last outing came on Jul 29 when he struck out two batters in a scoreless inning during Toronto’s loss to the Detroit Tigers.

Snoop Dogg, T-Pain, Warren G  and more will be on touring in the month of December to perform a tour on time for the Christmas season . The Doggfather took to his Instagram page to announce the Holidaze of Blaze tour with an Instagram post that showcased the flyer which features Snoop and T-Pain , who is posing with marijuana plants. According to the information on the flyer Warren G will serve as an extra act in the tour alongside  Ying Yang Twins and Justin Champagne .
