Travis Scott Continues ‘utopia’ Album Saga With Pharrell Studio Session

Cactus Jack boss Travis Scott and producer wunderkind Pharrell Williams just linked up in the studio.

A picture of La Flame and Skateboard P grinning ear to ear in the studio went viral online on Saturday, August 27. As the two artists appeared to be laughing together with a marine loading dock and the calm waters of the ocean in the background. It appears like the energy in the movie was high and mighty.

Scott has released numerous critically lauded albums. Including the expanded version of Rodeo in 2015, which has the catchy song “Flying High,” which Pharrell co-produced with Scott, Allen Ritter, Mike Dean, and Scott. Along with The Weeknd and Tame Impala, Skateboard P made a notable appearance on Scott’s Billboard 200 Chart-topping album Astroworld as a featured guest on the song “Skeletons,” which is a deep cut.

Along with his new relationship with Pharrell, Scott has been dropping hints throughout the summer, giving fans hope that his upcoming Utopia album is almost ready. Earlier this month, during his sold-out performances at London’s O2 Arena. He revealed previously unheard music, including the songs “God’s Country” and “Lost Forever.” On August 8, immediately after his performances, he posted a photo dump indicating his intention to finish the project.

The Zouk nightclub will host Scott’s forthcoming Road To Utopia Las Vegas residency beginning on September 17.
