Kanye West Evades Assault Charge In Fan-punching Incident Outside Hollywood Hotel

Kanye West is believed to have escaped an assault charge after punching an individual outside of a Los Angeles hotel in January.

In the opinion of the news outlet TMZ, it appears that there’s insufficient evidence to warrant the guilty verdict. The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office stated, “After a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction.”

The incident occurred close to the Soho Warehouse hotel around 3 a.m. local time on the 13th of January. According to FOX11reported at the time, a fan walked up to Kanye in his car to get his autograph. Their conversation turned violent when Ye was allegedly slapped by the man.

The case was swiftly investigated and investigated by Los Angeles Police Department as a battery charge that was deemed a misdemeanor and could have put Ye in prison for as long as six months.

In the course of the altercation Kanye was heard screaming, “Did y’all say that or not? Did you say it or not? That’s because that’s what’s is happening right today!”

Kanye West was detained twice in the year 2008 and 2013, 2013 and 2008 for fighting with photographer paparazzi during a fight at Los Angeles International Airport. Their criminal record Kanye was eventually erased.

Snoop Dogg, T-Pain, Warren G  and more will be on touring in the month of December to perform a tour on time for the Christmas season . The Doggfather took to his Instagram page to announce the Holidaze of Blaze tour with an Instagram post that showcased the flyer which features Snoop and T-Pain , who is posing with marijuana plants. According to the information on the flyer Warren G will serve as an extra act in the tour alongside  Ying Yang Twins and Justin Champagne .
