Denise Dowse, “Insecure” And “Beverly Hills, 90210” actress, Dies At 64

Denise Dowse, an actor well-known for her parts as a character in “Beverly Hills,” “90210” “And insecure” in addition to numerous other credits in television and film passed away. She was 64 years old.
Her sister Tracey posted the announcement via Instagram and wrote, “It is with a deeply sad heart that I share with everybody that my beloved sister Dowse has gone forward to be with our family in the eternal world. Denise Yvonne Dowse was the most incredible sister, a supreme and illustrious director, actress, and mentor. She was my favorite friend and my final friend of the family.”

Before that Denise Dowse had fallen into a coma
Dowse was recently in an induced coma, caused by severe meningitis. The news was first announced by the sister of her health issue on her Facebook page on August 5.
“I try to keep my spirit up and be there for those in need. Many of you are aware I am a very private person. Therefore, this is difficult for me. I’m asking for your prayers and assistance for me and my sister and my one and only family Denise Dowse,” Trace Dowse wrote. “Her doctors aren’t sure when she’ll come from a coma since it wasn’t medically induced. She is an active actor and director that will have many years of life ahead of her. Prayers, thoughts, and prayers are appreciated greatly.”
Denise Dowse’s career in screen acting dates from the 1980s. Her most well-known role is her performance on the show “Insecure” as the therapist Dr. Rhonda Pine. She also played a regular part on “Beverly Hills, 90210” as vice principal Yvonne Teasley, appearing in 24 episodes of the Fox show.
